How it's Made - Goggles

WE start with solid Aluminum round stock.

We turn the outside of the stock to the outside shape of the goggles.

Next, we hollow out the inside of the goggle eye, to make a cup.

We then machine the design into the lense of the goggle.

The contour of the goggle where it will rest on the face is cut.

and the slots on the sides of the goggles for the straps and spikes are added.

Then the goggles are painted or anodized if they need to be.

and finally, the straps are added to complete the goggles.
