Shipping, Exchanges and Returns
Many orders ship the same day they are placed. We try to get most orders out within 2 business days of placement. Sometimes we do get backed up and it can take up to 5 days to prepare your order for shippment. If it's going to take longer than 5 days to get your order in the mail, we will contact you to let you know. Otherwise you will recieve an email letting you know that your order has shipped.
We use USPS First Class or Priority shipping as our standard shipping method because it's the most cost effective.
For orders inside the United States, delivery time is typically 2-5 days after shippment.
For international orders, your package will be handed off from the United States postal service to the postal system in your country. The timeframe for delivery of your international package is 6-10 business days for the package to arrive in your country, and then usually a couple of business days for your post office to deliver the package to you.
On some occasions, packages can be held up in customs on arrival in your country. If it has been longer than 15 business days since you recieved notice that your package shipped, please check with your customs office to see if they might be holding your package.
We would be happy to ship your package UPS or FEDEX at your expense if you prefer a faster delivery time and package tracking, but the shipping cost is considerably higher.

Exchanges and Returns
We Do allow exchanges and returns for up to 15 days after you receive your order so long as the products are not damaged.
To exchange or return all or part of your order:
-You must return your products within 15 days of recieving them for exchange or refund.
-Your products must be in New condition when we receive them for an exchange or refund.
-Please ship the items you would like to exchange or return with delivery confirmation to:

-If your order qualified for free shipping because it was over $100, and you return your order for a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
-Please package the items well with lots of packing material. The packages take a lot of bumping in shippment and the packing material condenses considerably. Insuficient packaging may result in items that you mail to us in new condition, arriving at our shop in damaged condition and being unreturnable. (on top of which you will need to pay to have your items shipped back to you) Brass and Steel items are pretty durable and wont scratch easily, but the aluminum items are especially prone to scratch and need to be tightly packaged. If you can hear or feel the items shaking in the package at all, they are too loose.
-Please indicate whether you would like to exchange, or return the products.
-If you would like to exchange your purchase, please indicate what you would like to exchange them for.
-We will send you a paypal invoice for the difference in price if the exchange will require a payment from you. We will refund the difference if your exchange is cheaper than your initial order, or if you are returning the products for a refund.
